Lynnette Lindgren is a partner attorney at Broerman, Lindgren & Denny Law Firm in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Ms. Lindgren works hard to defend her clients and recognizes that each case needs personalized legal strategies. Currently, she is practicing law in the areas of family law (Child Family Reporter and Guardian ad Litem representation for children in a custody matter, divorce, property division, custody and support, prenuptial agreements, guardianships, adoptions, domestic violence, and child in need of assistance and termination of parental rights), criminal law (OWI and driving while barred), real estate law, and probate law.

Lynnette graduated from Michigan State University Law School, and obtained a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from St. Ambrose University and Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from San Diego State. During graduate school, she wrote her thesis and developed her own research instrument and wrote her thesis: Stuen of the Effect of Education, emphasizing on: self-esteem, social bonds and social development.

Lynnette’s hometown roots are from Southeast Iowa. Growing up, her father was in the U.S. Navy, and his career had living on both coasts of the USA, and southern Spain, but she’s always considered Iowa to be her “home”. Now, she enjoys living back home closer to family. She currently lives on the family farm in Eddyville, Iowa, with her husband and two fur babies. They enjoy traveling, visiting with friends, and attending as many NASCAR races as they can. She is also a loyal Hawkeye wrestling fan and loves reading any murder-mystery books!
